Heather is a vibrant new addition to the Curo team of massage therapists, offering a unique blend of skill sets. Specializing in therapeutic rehabilitation, Heather is dedicated to helping her patients address chronic issues or injuries with a wide array of knowledge and insight, while providing the highest level of care and attentiveness.
After graduating from Makami College in 2013, Heather became a certified Usui Reiki Master teacher, which enables her to blend her palpation skills with intuitive analysis. Fueled by a deep desire to relieve and restore, her focus is to empower her clients to overcome any and all pain. With years of experience, she has crafted a treatment approach that tackles a diverse range of issues—from unexplained pain and fascial adhesions to whiplash and on-going injuries.
Seeking new horizons, Heather made Calgary her home in August 2022 to pursue a Doctor in Acupuncture and TCM Medicine, which she will complete in June 2025.
A believer in holistic practices and overall harmony, her ingredients for a balanced life include meditation and serene moments by the water, as well as practicing archery, going camping, and being with her son and their husky. Beyond helping her clients find wholeness, she savours any chance to attend happy hours with live music, jump into the car for spontaneous road trips, or explore interesting new places. It’s evident that her dedication to both her clients' well-being and her own shines through in every aspect of her life.
